The counter application
The till runs on Windows, at the counter. Everything else — the dashboard and the karigar app — runs in a browser and needs nothing installed.

What the counter machine needs
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- An ordinary laser printer for tickets and receipts, and a label printer if you use shelf labels. No thermal roll printer is needed, and none is supported.
- An internet connection to sync and to update — but not to trade. The counter keeps working without one.
After it is installed
Four steps, once per counter.
- Sign in with the account we set up for your shop.
- Pair the counter to its branch with the code from the dashboard.
- Check that a test ticket prints on the right printer.
- Take a real order.
